Here are Mary’s beautiful Senior Photos taken in Downtown Boise and the Boise Foothills (Military Reserve).
Mary is one of the most beautiful souls I have ever met. She is sweet, funny, kind, compassionate, independent, strong, and athletic! Furthermore, this girl is a rock star on the soccer field.
I took her sister, Hannah’s, senior photos a couple years ago and I had the privilege of getting to spend time with both of them again during Mary’s session. Without a doubt, these kids are some of the best mannered and genuine young women that I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Additionally, I feel blessed to know them!
Now, let’s talk about the session! Mary had sent me her Pinterest board of inspiration, per request, so that I could narrow down our senior photography session location. In order to get the best results I really like to see my client’s visions and what inspires them. For example, Mary had pinned a few with cool buildings and city streets. However, she also pinned some very whimsical images in fields and amongst the trees.
Admittedly, the location was an obvious one for me. Downtown Boise and the Military Reserve trail head are less than 10 minutes apart. Also, I know that lighting in the foothills is best closer to sunset and that I could utilize the shade from the buildings while the sun was high in the sky. As a rule, for senior photos or engagement photos, I plan to start 2 hours before sunset to take advantage of the best lighting possible.
Altogether, I absolutely enjoyed our time together and I LOVE the images that we were able to capture. See more like this one here. Enjoy!
Have a beautiful day,
Denise
